The short version
Basic Dashboards work fully signed out, and we don't track you across the web or sell any data. Creating an account stores the information needed to create favorites, saved views and notes, which are all critical for the Premium Dashboards.
What we collect
If you never create an account, we don't store anything about you. If you do sign in, an account (handled by our authentication provider, Clerk) stores your email address, plus a password if you sign up with one. If you sign in with Google instead, Clerk receives your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and no password is created. DragRaceData.net does not have direct access to your password. On top of that, this site's own database stores whatever you choose to save through the account features:
- Favorites: drivers or events you've starred.
- Saved views: a page's filters/date-range/settings, per page.
- Notes: anything you write against a race card on the Classic Dashboard.
- Log book entries: air conditions, tire pressures, car setup, and notes you record per run in the Timeslip Manager.
- Pinned runs: runs you've set aside for cross-event comparison.
- Manual timeslips: timeslips you type in by hand in the Timeslip Manager.
None of this is required to use the site. It exists purely so the features you opt into work properly the next time you sign in.
Who it's shared with
We don't sell or share your data with advertisers. The services this site relies on to function are:
- Clerk: handles authentication (your email/password never touches our own servers directly).
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google. Google confirms who you are to Clerk and knows you signed in to this site. Nothing you save here is sent to it.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and the database your account data lives in.
- Open-Meteo: powers the Track Weather lookup. It receives a venue location when you look up weather; it doesn't receive anything tied to your account.
Cookies
The only cookies set are the ones Clerk uses to keep you signed in. There's no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account yourself. It removes your favorites, saved views, notes, log book entries, pinned runs and manual timeslips from this site's database, then deletes your sign-in account with Clerk. It can't be undone. If you signed in with Google, your Google account itself is not affected.

If you can no longer sign in, open an account request through the Contact page instead. That is a public thread, so give your username only, never your email address or password.

This is an independently built, unofficial dashboard. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on by any sanctioned racing series. Data shown here is sourced live during events and may be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally wrong, so don't rely on it exclusively. Verify the data against the printed timeslip before making any critical decisions. The site is provided as-is, with no uptime or accuracy guarantee.
Anything you submit through the account features (notes, log book entries) should be your own content. Don't use these fields to store anyone else's personal information.
