The short version
Every tool on this site works fully signed out, and we don't track you across the web or sell any data. Creating an account only stores what's needed to make favorites, saved views, notes, and the log book work, tied to your email address.
What we collect
If you never create an account, we don't store anything about you. If you do sign in, an account (handled by our authentication provider, Clerk) stores your email address and password. On top of that, this site's own database stores whatever you choose to save through the account features:
- Favorites — drivers or events you've starred.
- Saved views — a page's filters/date-range/settings, per page.
- Notes — anything you write against a race card on the Classic Dashboard.
- Log book entries — air conditions, tire pressures, car setup, and notes you record per run in the Timeslip Manager.
- Pinned runs — runs you've set aside for cross-event comparison.
None of this is required to use the site. It exists purely so the features you opt into are there the next time you sign in.
Who it's shared with
We don't sell or share your data with advertisers. The services this site relies on to function are:
- Clerk — handles authentication (your email/password never touches our own servers directly).
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and the database your account data lives in.
- Open-Meteo — powers the Track Weather lookup. It receives a venue location when you look up weather; it doesn't receive anything tied to your account.
Cookies
The only cookies set are the ones Clerk uses to keep you signed in. There's no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Deleting your data
Contact us through the Contact page to request deletion of your account and everything stored under it. We'll confirm once it's done.
Terms of use
This is an independently built, unofficial dashboard. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on by any sanctioned racing series. Data shown here is sourced live during events and may be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally wrong — don't rely on it for anything where accuracy is critical. The site is provided as-is, with no uptime or accuracy guarantee.
Anything you submit through the account features (notes, log book entries) should be your own content. Don't use these fields to store anyone else's personal information.
